Snap A Prop retains copyright ownership of all photos, videos, and media we create.

When you book with us and pay for your project, you receive a broad, non-exclusive license to use the media to:

• Market and sell the specific property (MLS, portals, flyers, email, etc.)

• Promote yourself and your brand (social media, website, postcards, “Just Listed/Just Sold” posts, etc.)

• Use the media for that listing without an expiration date

What’s not included by default:

• Reselling or giving the media to third parties (stagers, designers, builders, other agents, rental companies, etc.) for their own marketing

• Using the same photos/videos to market different listings or new owners without our permission

If a builder, designer, or new agent wants to use the media for their own marketing, we’re happy to arrange an extended license—just reach out and we’ll quote it.
